Bertine is a Program Manager for New Construction with BC Hydro’s Market Transformation Team. Over the last 6+ years, Bertine initiated and lead strategic industry partnerships and programs that supported the early adoption of the BC Energy Step Code and Zero Carbon Step Code across the Province and continues to support market readiness for upcoming code changes.
