Meeru Dhalwala is the co-owner of Vij’s in Vancouver as well as a cookbook author. She is founder of the Joy of Feeding at UBC Farm, an annual international food festival that celebrates home cooking from around the world with sustainable ingredients. Meeru is a board member of the Vancouver Green Party and a member of the Advisory Board for the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at UBC.
