Christine is the owner and Principal Consultant at Harbourgreene Consulting Inc. and has 20 years’ experience in energy and emissions management. She is a professional mechanical engineer, MBA graduate and Certified Energy Manager. Christine works with governments and utilities on strategic projects of a technical nature. And, in much of her work the heat pump is of primary interest: defining the market potential, researching deep energy retrofits, developing energy efficiency and conservation plans and programs, creating contractor education and training, and advocating for quality installations. Christine is driven to find ways to reduce greenhouse gases and make energy efficiency our number one resource of the future.
