Elisabeth Baudinaud, Senior Lead, Built Environment Initiatives with the Community Energy Association has over 6 years of experience in low-carbon energy-efficient buildings. In 2022, she led the creation of the first Embodied Emissions Guide for Local Governments. Since then, Elisabeth provides support to local governments in developing and implementing policies related to embodied emissions, the Energy Step Code (which is part of the BC Building Code), and Zero Carbon Step Code.
