Jeff is the Pre Construction Manager of BCollective Homes and a Certified Passive House Consultant and Tradesperson. Jeff is responsible for day-to-day pre-construction operations of the organization, while also ensuring that our projects are being built and operating in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible manner. Jeff has a significant background in Passive House, prefabrication and sustainable building practices.
