Express Connect: Express Connect (EC) is focused on meeting the electrical connection needs of our customers; supporting over 35,000 customer requests for new connections, upgrades and service disconnections. The EC team provides new connections, alterations to existing connections or disconnection of services between the BC Hydro distribution system and customer building(s). The scope of the EC team relates to secondary services (non-design) with the objective of providing the services to customers expeditiously.
