Ray is a veteran of the commercial fleet industry and has been decarbonizing fleets for about 15 years.  He’s fluently bi-lingual in Fuel Litres and KiloWatts. Ray enjoys assisting fleet operators solve the challenges associated with scaling an electric fleet.  He helps fleet operators pair standard electricity industry components within fleet operations and utilize software to optimize life cycle costs.  He champions a sense of humour and healthy dose of change management techniques during transition.  Ray’s a proud father of 2 Engineers, an avid curler and a fan of the Raptors, Oilers and Blue Jays.
